MacRepertory is a wonderful repertorising program that simplifies casetaking and helps us develop case analysis skills while enhancing the learning and study of remedies, families and materia medica.
You can easily find all of the fears of Stramonium; the difference between Kali phosphoricum and Phosphorus; the similarities between Calcarea carbonica and Asterias rubens. You can make profiles of words throughout the repertory; i.e. every rubric related to ‘horse’ and the main remedies that focus on it, or the unique delusions of all the fungi.
There are 2 Library Options:
Core Library – 6 Repertories, 34 Materia Medica
Full VI Library – 24 Repertories, 68 Materia medica
To see the books in each library go to MacRepertory Core III and Full VI Library lists

MacRepertory couldn’t be easier to use. You have a repertory on the screen that looks just like the book on your desk. With more than twenty repertories and 140,000 cross references it’s easy to find the exact symptom you want.To find a rubric, just type it — the rubrics appear right in front of you. Just click to see all of the rubrics that contain a remedy (or family)
MacRepertory’s family tools enabled Rajan Sankaran to discover the common characteristics of the families he’s described. A couple of clicks and you can see the rubrics common to most of the remedies in the family. There are over a hundred beautiful graphs representing the miasm, mineral, bacteria, fungi, plant and animal families in graphs.
The graphs, map out the kingdoms, show how prominent the family is in the current case and by clicking on the family it helps you focus the remedy analysis on just its members. There are new family graphs from Rajan Sankaran, Massimo Mangialavori, Jan Scholten and others: everything from the latest genetic plant mapping, Rajan’s most recent ideas of the periodic table, to Massimo’s classification of the different responses to pain, and his stages of development. Easily see only the sycotic, animal, or Solanaceae remedies, etc.
ELIMINATION TOOL – CROSSING RUBRICS
Crossing rubrics to find the remedies that cover all of the rubrics is one of the simplest, yet most powerful, case analysis techniques. Just drop rubrics into our “Elimination Tool” to see only the remedies that run through the whole case.
When it is time to decide on a remedy the Concept Graph simplifies differentiating between remedies, groups and families. You can compare at a glance the main expressions (organ, sensation, modalities, etc.) of remedies – i.e. the rectum symptoms for Ratanhia, or the respiratory and nervous systems for Cuprum – making it clear which remedies fit the case the best.
To understand the themes of a family, just double click, discover more than 400 informational sub-graphs and pdfs: the sensationsof Rajan’s plant families, the themes of Massimo’s groups, Jan’s descriptions of the elements of the periodic table and much more. Many of them contain material that you simply won’t find anywhere else. And, when you need to know about the substance you’re prescribing, we’ve included 1300 pdf’s with interesting facts, descriptions and pictures of the sources of the remedies.
