A brief summary of what was done to edit and compile the New World Veterinary Repertory

Rubrics not specifically applicable to veterinary work were edited out entirely

Rubrics were updated and modern words substituted for older, archaic and unfamiliar words

Sub-rubrics were re-formatted for consistency re: locations, times and conditions and arranged alphabetically

Rubrics useful for veterinarians were incorporated from three additional sources: Kent’s Repertory, Jahr’s New Manual and Boger’s Synoptic Key and from materia medica searches.

Important rubrics were synthesized from all four sources and merged into single rubrics with all their associated remedies. Additional remedies from other sources were added as they were found.

Much effort was made to have the cross references be as complete and useful as possible. allowing rapid navigation through the repertory to compare rubrics.
